Registration, ownership, 3 years of accounts, no insolvency or sanctions issues.

ISO 27001 or SOC 2, or our own security questionnaire. Signed data processing agreement.

Skills assessment
Technical review of past work and a practical test by an independent European expert.

European references
We call at least [X] European clients ourselves, rather than reading testimonials.

Communication
Language level, working-hour overlap with CET, and a named delivery lead.
